Wooosh, weight loss in a snap

I weighed myself on sunday night to judge my progress towards my goal of less than 200 by march 1st. I had gone up to 209 from 206. SIGH, I figured that would happen on occasion so I didn’t let it get to me. I then proceeded to lose everything I ate that day and not eat anything the next day. Well I weighed myself this morning and I came in at 202. That’s 7 pounds in two days. I guess that if there’s an upside to being sick, it’s that it is easy to lose weight. I fully expect to put some of that back on as I start eating food again, but I’m hoping I can still stay below 206 this week…
